John Boucher – Chief Executive Officer

John Boucher is the Chief Executive Officer of C&K. He is responsible for all aspects of the C&K business including growth, financial performance, product development and customer satisfaction. Boucher has over 30 years of experience leading global companies within the hi-tech electronics manufacturing and services segment, most recently having served as President and CEO of ModusLink.  Before joining ModusLink, he served as Partner, Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operations Officer at Symbotic LLC.  Boucher also worked at Celestica Corporation, where he held a number of executive level positions including, EVP Global Sales and Solutions and President of Americas Operations. John also spent nine years as a founding team member building Manufacturers Services Ltd. where he was the executive for global operations and supply chain.

Tom Schultz – Chief Financial Officer

Tom Schultz serves as the Chief Financial Officer of C&K. In this role, he leads C&K’s financial team handling the company’s audit, tax and treasury functions. Schultz has over 25 years’ experience in senior finance positions at international companies. Before joining the company, he served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for CoActive Technologies. Schultz was also the CFO at tedrive Holding BV, a private equity owned subsidiary of Visteon’s Global Chassis and Powertrain Business Unit with revenues more than $700m. He graduated in Computer Sciences and Business Administration from the University of Bonn, Germany. 

Phillip Gerard – Vice President of Sales Americas and General Manager, Americas

Phillip Gerard is the Vice President of Sales and General Manager for the Americas. He has over 30 years of combined experiences in all areas of sales including sales leadership, field engineering management, product management and marketing. Before joining C&K, Phillip was the Americas Channel Sales Director for the world’s largest connector manufacturer where he managed a $1B channel.  Gerard is engaged with all aspects of C&K’s go-to-market strategy in the Americas including regional sales management, global account management, manufacturer reps, inside sales, channel deployment and all areas of customer satisfaction.  Phillip studied finance at Northeastern University and is a member of the board of directors of the Electronic Component Industry Association (ECIA).

William Xu – General Manager, Asia

William Xu is the General Manager, C&K Asia. He is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the Huizhou site and associated products. Xu has 21 years of international experience in manufacturing and management and in also holds the position of General Manager with Qualipac, Huhtamaki and ITT Cannon. William holds an MBA in Operations from the University of Colorado and a BSEE from the Central China University of Science & Technology.

 

Bruno Prevot – General Manager, Europe

Bruno Prevot is the General Manager of C&K Europe. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Prevot leads the strategic direction and performance of C&K’s France operations and associated products as well as business development within the region. Bruno most recently held sales leadership, product management, business development, strategic marketing – including M&A – positions at General Electric. Prevot holds an MBA from Lyon Business School in partnership with Carnegie Mellon University US Pennsylvania.

Jeremy Hebras – Worldwide R&D Director

Jeremy Hebras is C&K’s Worldwide R&D Director.  He is responsible for the development of the company’s new products which includes project management, CAD and numeric simulation, tech documentation administration and coordinating the efforts of all of C&K’s R&D centers.  Hebras previously successfully developed new programs with new international car makers at VALEO, an automotive technology firm, and accounts. Jeremy has a Mechanical engineering degree from the UTBM University of Technology, located in France, and specializes in concept creation processes.
