C&K Strengthens Presence in India with a New World Class Production Facility

C&K has opened a new EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnection System) manufacturing facility in Kanpur, U.P. India to provide local customers and channel partners with improved service, including greater responsiveness and shorter design cycles. The new facility not only supports C&K’s traditional electromechanical switch, sensor and high-reliability connector product offering, but also provides local customers with design support for customized switch and complex harness needs.

In addition, the facility supports the newly established C&K Aerospace division, which is focused on delivering complete interconnect system solutions that meet the demanding specifications associated with switches, connectors and cable assemblies for aerospace applications.

 

C&K has also opened a new India Sales office in Chennai, T.N. further expanding their support to customers across India.

In addition to the new facility and sales office, C&K is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Palanivelan Subramanian as General Manager in India. Mr. Subramanian joined C&K as Country Manager 12 months ago, prior to that being Head of TE’s Industrial Business Unit in India.
